At modFLOOR PLAN, we want to offer tools to help you plan your new home project.  One of these helpful tools is a specification sheet.  A specification sheet or spec sheet, is a spreadsheet listing model, manufacturer and other important info about a product.  Typical spec sheets include appliances, plumbing, lighting, interior finished and exterior finishes. 
 
What we are offering is a framework or template in .xlxs format for you to plug in the products you want.  These sheets are a way for you to organize your specifiations so you can share with your design professional, builder or just for your own organization purposes.
